Because it's been out of print for awhile now, and finding copies are rare. That's why it, along with volume 4, is so overpriced nowadays.

And don't count on finding any cheap copies. Because the moment one person sees a cheap copy, they'll get it immediately.

It's mostly because of the background. I generally suck at making decent backgrounds and I really don't like how it looks.

I'm not sure what exactly is happening, but I'll be missing you all the same. You've been a pretty good member here.
