That pic give the idea of incest which doesn't suit Tetsuwan Atom and considering Atom, he would not want a grow up body at all. He is a robot and having an adult body would be like becoming another robot. Anyway, Uran in Pluto reminds of her 2003 version considering she can understand animals and h...

Guess you could put that pic under spoiler since it's too big.
Also, it looks quite weird.
Anyway, the fact that Pluto/Jahad liked flowers reminds of a scene of the 2003 mangá which Uran requests Pluto to not step in the flowers and even give a flower crown so he would look "cute".

Yes, that's it. I heard rumours that a version of Tetsuwan Atom got localized in my country, but I'm not sure if is the classic or 2003 version.

My only consern is the altered storyline which is not a real localization.
The brazilian dub of the 2003 anime was good, but unfortunatelly it was based in the lies which the american version had which is annoying since the story wasn't the real thing.

Hope they don't turn Pluto supposedly movie into a failure like ruining all the concept to follow the american censorship standarts.
The americanization of Tetsuwan Atom is filled with lies, sigh...

Tetsuwan Atom Manga 2003 missing chapters?

So I was reading Tetsuwan Atom Manga 2003 and I noticed there are several missing chapters like the ones which introduct Uran and also Denkou.
I wonder what's wrong.

Tetsuwan Atom and Rockman?

As far everyone knows, the Rockman series got a lot of inspiration in Tetsuwan Atom like the fact he is a robot who fights for peace between humans and robots (though, that theme was dropped in the Rockman X and Rockman Zero series since a virus make robots to destroy other robots and even kill peop...

Taking many years just to start a new anime of Atom is pretty much a missed opportunity, sadly.

Any new Tetsuwan Atom in the works?

So I was wondering if Tezuka Productions will make a new Tetsuwan Atom anime. Anyway, hope they don't change so much the art style from the 2003 version. I really like how Atom and Uran appeared on it. Though, I admit that something like the 2003 version may not be done. And CGI animes are not quite...

Daichi was 18 years old when he died and as I can see, Dr. Tenma used a device to pass Daichi's mind to the robotic body. The american version was pretending that Daichi was a robot from the very start. But, I felt they were tricking the viewer with lies due their policy of not mentioning or showing...
