Why were dubs even brought into this topic? The original poster didn't ask about dubs or if dubs were better than subs or vice versa. I'm with you, F-Man. To be honest, I'm getting kind of tried that almost all the Astro Boy related topics become a subs Vs dub debate. As for getting into the series...

This episode is one of my personal favourites. I really enjoyed Mars’s interaction with his father here. Even though Mars does clash with his father a number of times, he does want to have a better relationship with him. Dr. Yamanoue seems to be becoming more considerate towards Mars’s f...

[QUOTE=kscharf;208446]There was a thread about that version of Atom on here a while ago. He had a cape in that version too. Yes, the thread is called "Astro Boy Returns" (First Grader & Fourth Grader Editions) BTW, isn't the year 2017 the setting for "Jetter Mars"? As for the year Astro Boy flies i...

When I was a kid I had two cockatiels(Ceeko and Marlow), a yellow budgie(little bird) and three goldfishes named Gluttony, Wrath, and Pride, which were named after the homunculi from Full Metal Alchemist(I was a big fan of the series when I was in grade 8). I miss them. :( I wish to have a pet(most ...

Thanks a lot, jeffbert , for starting this new thread about episode 23 of Jetter Mars where Adios, the wandering robot , first appeared. He is one of my favorite characters from Tezuka's world! :tezuka: ' Adios ' means 'Goodbye' in Spanish. He is named ' Basoos ' in the Arabic version of the series...

Thanks a lot, jeffbert , for the topic! :) Episode 13 is one of the best episodes of Jetter Mars from my point of view. The episode is so emotional and makes you feel really sad for Honey . :( This episode was one of my favourites too; I really love the emotional dilemma. I like how the situation w...
