Since we have several anniversaries over the next years such as

- 70th anniversary of Atom’s debut as a character in the Ambassador Atom manga in 2021
- 70th anniversary of the Astro Boy manga in 2022
- 60th anniversary of the 1963 Astro Boy anime 2023

I thought it would be cool to create one or several project(s) ourselfs to celebrate Atom.

Some ideas I had would be making an audiobook out of one or two fanfictions we like (+ getting the approval of the author of course) and uploading it on YT or creating a gallery website with fanarts and letters on how Atom had an impact on us.

Any ideas or feedback would be welcome.

In the past we've had story writing "contests" during the month of April (Atoms Birthday month). I've written a few of these, and I've also posted many on FanFiction.net (I use the same name there as here).
One Idea I had was to write a story that left off where Episode 193 ended, in other words how could we bring Atom back to life. I wrote a story that's on FanFiction.net (Episode 194) that sorta pulled the same trick as how Spock came back in Star Trek "The search for Spock" after he was 'killed off' in "The Wrath of Kahn"
Maybe we can challenge our members to write their own "episode 194" as I did......

Sounds like a good idea, it's something everyone could easily take part in.

I’d love it if all 193 episodes of ASTRO ‘63 restored and subtitled in English.

Me? I’ve actually been playing around with my own adaptations of the stories. The Omitted 89 have always been a mystery for me.
