I know the coloring's not that fabulous and his complexion is a bit dark (it's the fault of my colored pencil! It said flesh in the label but it turned out to be dark flesh!!! ) Well anyway that's that

Regardless of the tan, he is drawn very well. His eyes especially, with the reflections of light. I must promise myself that if I ever draw him, I will stick to lines, and forget about color & shade. They are just too much work.

:o WOW! I like your drawings adrian_68 B) . They're very vivid and full of 'energy'.
You have a great ability to place the shades to the right spots, maybe that's why your
caracters look so alive.

How do you draw a pic like that? Do you start drawing the eyes first or do you start with the body? I'm just curious.

The only thing I always could draw without any further problems was Odie, Garfield's hated dog-pal. And even that wasn't perfect at all :( .

I guess I've got to leave it to experts like you, Xenomage, Lisa and all the others here who have shown their talents in this forum  .

Now that I take a 2nd look, his thighs are way too long. But, that is nothing compared with his face that is just about perfect. :P

I actually draw the shape of his face first then his hair comes next. Then I will draw his face then his body. I use dummies first before filling the details

Notice the slight bulge before the rim of his boots? that's his knees already and not part of thigh. Well if you still see it as long I can't do anything about that. Well thanks for the comment :D

well, it seems he may be drawing it to the liking of the latest astro boy, I must say that his face is 100% on target
