Atom Cat doesn't have boots, I don't think. He has a belt, but he never got boots

I think Penguin was referring to Atomcat's feet and lower legs when he said "boots", but Atomcat's legs are all white fur.
Getting back to your drawing, you did a good job with it!
I do have one constructive criticism: I think his legs look a little weird compared to the rest of his body. I can't quite specify what it is, but it just looks a little strange.
Otherwise, I like that you actually gave Atom "shorts", even if they're more like 1980s basketball shorts or boxer briefs. I've also noticed that you like to draw Atom older than usual, which is not a bad thing. He looks like he could be about 16 to 18 in that image!

Whyyyyyyyyyy?? I actually TRIED making him younger in this pic, why do I always do this..... (is it because I made his body too big and his legs too long? maybe that's it.... oh well ;u; )
I'll look into the issue with the legs, but i think it's the knees, which I often have difficulty with. (Also I gave him shorts cause idk I feel like he needs a LITTLE MORE than just speedos, haha. XD )

!!!! I LOVE IT! Atomcat is really quite tiny, I bet he could fit in Atom's chest panel if he tried.Speaking of which, Atom's expression on your art is polar opposites to mine!
But I have a lot of school projects going on(One including drawing some personal story comics) and I'm afraid I won't be able to finish my part now. Sorry
