I had an idea for a new fan fiction crossover story. I wish I could draw what's in my mind, but my abilities with a pencil aren't quite up to what I can do with a keyboard (as in writing fiction).

Can anybody draw a picture of wearing dark glasses and playing a pachinko machine? Maybe you can guess what I have in mind

If you could link an image of the type of pachinko machine you have in mind (for reference), I could certainly be of assistance.
Other than the dark glasses, is there a specific outfit for , or should I stick with the standard boots & briefs?
With those extra bits of info, I should be good.

It really doesn't matter exactly what the pachinko machine looks like, if you can find a picture via google of a modern one in a Japanese arcade, that would be fine. I found this page:

I spaced out and almost took "school uniform" to mean an outfit Astro has been shown wearing to school (especially given that in the '03 series he was only shown to wear one outfit to school), and then it finally clicked in my mind that an outfit and a uniform aren't the same thing. I'm going to assume that the uniform should just have that generic school uniform look, but double-checking is always a good idea.

I haven't quite guessed what you're thinking of, though I get the impression the pachinko machine has some relation with what this'll be crossed over with.
Oddly enough, in one of my classes today we were discussing the pros and cons of legalizing gambling, and then I get on here and see this.

I was actually thinking of the way he's dressed in the 2003 series at school. I said 'uniform' because Japanese kids traditionally were required to dress in specific clothing at school.

Clue: I imagined him playing a pachinko machine, because those are the Japanese equivalent to western pinball games, and the dark glasses are what blind people sometimes wear.

Ah, so he should be in his '03 school outfit after all.

I feel like this is one of those cases where either I'll face-palm when I do figure it out, or it'll be something new for me.

I'm working on the story outline right now, when that's done I'll start to flesh it out. Yet another one of my twists on Astro's origin in a way.

I have some school work to do, but I'll see if I can have this picture about done by the end of the week.

I'll be taking a bit longer than predicted, I ended up having to work after school on Thursday and Friday (being a substitute janitor, my work schedule is a bit unpredictable) and so I basically spent all day away from home and couldn't draw. I'll let you know when I do finish this picture, though.
