I hope you guys don't mind how I draw Astro!

The first one I did kind of recently for a reference! The second one I based on a scene from the 2003 manga where everyone was basically angry/attacking Astro and he told them that...
“I’ll shut down my own system….if everyone thinks I’m a bad robot..”

Awww! I love your style, and I think you've found a good way of portraying Astro with it.
And that second one is so sad! Those times always seem to come up that he's so unsure of himself and it makes me wanna go "No! Let me comfort you!"

I agree, your style is really unique. He looks quite nice in it.

I love the way you do lighting it's so atmospheric! Also the way you draw him reminds a bit of Pluto atom,was that one of your inspirations?

Oddly enough, I was actually thinking that Astro in this style looks somewhere between his usual appearance and Hiro from Big Hero 6

And by boy he means Tobio!

You have an awesomely unique art style, DCookie! I always like it when a fan artist can draw characters from a series they like in their own style really well, and you certainly pull that off.

And I like how with Uran's hair you reference her two curls. The pigtails are the closest natural "real hair" equivalent I can think of to her hairdo, but two little curls are still visible near her neck.
