In fact, it is replacing the head of someone right at the right of the cauldron, top-center-left. To bad, I had spotted it in a few seconds this time

Oh, thanks! Well, first I should learn how to read. I read "He's at the
top right of large black pot on someone's head." instead of "He's at the
top to the right of large black pot on someone's head.".
And previously, I had spotted that particular "head", but didn't think it really was the hyotantsugi...
