6-Word Short Story

So, I was reading an article on Cracked today that had an entry where Ernest Hemingway either bet someone(s) or was bet by someone that he could(n't) write a story with just six words. He promptly wrote on a napkin, "For sale: baby shoes, never worn," and collected his money. I did a little googling and snopes.com has the status of this legend as undetermined, but it has inspired quite a few people regardless.
