Welcome to this new subforum! The general rules still apply, except of course for the "Please post only in English" guideline.
Considering several people may have only a passive understanding of a language, but may still wish to participate in a topic, replying in English in this forum will be acceptable even if a topic has been started in a different language. However, it should be assumed that the other participants will carry on in the original language.
We also encourage people whose first language is not English to not refrain from posting in the other forums out of shyness. Your contribution will always be welcome, and practicing is the best way to improve.

In case you want to follow a discussion in a language you don't understand, we also remind you that there are online translators. You can use Google translator for example, then paste the text you don't understand there, or the address of an entire discussion.

Glad to see that this forum is being made.
Perhaps we can help each other learn new languages, especially Japanese. Which would be really awesome and not just for translating Tezuka's works.
