Yup you are correct in that ^_^ It's from the short movie clip that's been around on the net and was used as a promo. It's funny looking at all the scenes they didn't use and how they changed them. The designs have also changed a little but Atom's design fluctuates throughout the whole thing slightly. Oh and Atlas is designed to be blue
Is this clip on Anapan's ftp? It should be available from the Japanese website and i believe there is a link somewhere on the forum to the English/Japanese language versions of this promo. Otherwise i can upload the 30MB or so Japanese language version.

Nice work there for sure. I myself have but a university certificate in classical animation theory and 2D/3D animation, but I have nothing to show for it really because I dont have thousands of spare dollars for the equipment I'd need, and I realized after taking the courses that I didnt want to work in city (where the only work is unless your freelance with your own equipment...).
