Is it just me or this guy in Deep City is reminiscent of Astro's 1980 dad?

I agree it's definitely not a 100% resemblance, but the overall physique, the hair, the nose (kind of like a button) and even the little dot on his tie reminded me of Astro's dad. The size of the mustache is different, but it's there, just smaller. After all, even Boon is a little bit different, and Shibugaki changed a lot between the last two series. I must admit that those two pictures might not be the best choice for a comparison. Here's one in which we can have a better idea of his nose:



But then maybe I'm the only one who sees similarities!
