I'd also like to take a quick moment to remind you guys of the "Report post" button. The mods do a fantastic job but we miss things sometimes. Anyone can use the /!\ button under a post at any time to alert us to a problem. We'll review the post and take action if necessary.

This was a big ol' surprise for me, and how could I say no to the Astro Boy forum?? :D

I pledge to do my very best to be helpful when needed, soothing when called for, firm when necessary, and as fair as I humbly know how, for the best of all of us who love Astro, and all of Dr. Tezuka's works!

In all seriousness though, this site is actually quite unique in that our members and visitors are so incredibly diverse - not only in age, but we're from all over the world - there is something happening here pretty much continually all day and night.

Things go wrong, feelings get hurt, spam happens, personalities clash. I hope I can contribute to smoothing the inevitable bumps in the road, and really mean it if I can be of any help to you, I'm just a PM away!

Congratulations though, you definitely deserve this. But if I just have to ask, what made you want to be a mod? Did I miss something?
