Looks like it's based on the Kondo KHR or maybe [url=http://images.google.ca/images?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US

But can it Breakdance?
Edit: Yup, I was right. All the robots mentioned on this topic were designed by Takahashi (the guy holding the one in the original post). You were right aswell - He based them on Astroboy.
