There is a difference between a doujin and a doujinshi (thanks to Dr. Jwrk, I now know this). Anyways, a doujin is a Japanese fan comic. Doujinshi are more then one doujin.
^_________^ Does that help?
EDIT: I drew a few more pages last night (stayed up until 3:00 a.m... -_- Z z Z). Now there are 29 pages (counting the title page). If anyone would like to read more of it, I could upload them (already scanned them).

Well, there's a bit of a small difference between actual doujinshi and fan comics.
Doujinshi (doujinshi is more than one, doujin would be one), as Uran&Astro already said, are indeed fan-comics, usually produced by amateur mangaka (manga artists). Doujinshi are typically sold at conventions, and there are even some conventions completely dedicated to doujinshi.
Fan comics in general, while can still be considered doujinshi, but are generally not considered to be 'real doujinshi', as doujinshi typically use the tools of the trade of real manga, and are typically sold for a profit.
