Astro in official crossovers?

I was browsing around the internet and reading about a Japanese publications of the Superman comics and then I found this picture:
It seems like an official ad, did such a crossover exist? If so, awesome I mean Superman is my favorite superhero and Astroboy is my favorite manga character.

I personally don't think this thing is real. It seems doubtful that there was ever a crossover piece. Granted yes, Tezuka has added in characters such as Popeye into his manga without authorization, but it's still doubtful that there was ever a crossover, unauthorized or not.
I think this is just photoshop'd work, personally.

For all we know, there's a series of these. My searching of "スーパーマン VS 鉄腕アトム" hasn't gotten any true information, so sadly, we may have to go with Dr. Jerk's theory.

Seems to be on page 52 of a book, so maybe the picture is just there as a spoof.
