What they often do with these 'coloring pages', is take official artwork that was colored and take it to a art program where they remove the color... which usually often requires the use of the Wand Tool in Photoshop.

They cannot remove the color without damaging the original lineart however. Uran's eyebrows were probably too thin in that one picture, which got badly damaged in the process of removing the color, so instead of trying to fix it, they opted to erase them.

Of course you can also say that her nose, mouth and eyelash lines are also very thin. But those look like they were perhaps redrawn, the nose especially. It isn't that usual button nose.

I actually have a site that I always print coloring pages from and it never dawned on me to look for Astro Boy, to my surprise they had, just 4 though, the site is called supercoloring, and you can find their Astro Boy coloring pages here they have a lot more cartoons however, you should have a look

I just took a close look at your Signature and Avatar DragonRider (BTW happy birthday). How interesting to have both Astro and Mickey next to each other, considering that Tezuka was called the "Japanese Walt Disney"! (They almost look like they are dueling, but both are smiling!)
