 I myself made a post in that thread, but made no comment on the similarities between Tima & Miri, though I can only wonder why I omitted it. :p

I like to add that Jetter Mars was dubbed in Arabic and aired around the early 90's. It was titled Kooky Al Ajeib translation: Amazing Kooky.

Very good. I actually had noticed that there was an Arabiac dub on wikipedia, but I guess I forgot to add it. Not to mention that I couldn't really be trusting of Google Translator's work on translating the page.

Can an admin/mod please update my thread with this?

Q: Where can I watch this dubbed?
Jetter Mars was never dubbed into English.

It was however dubbed into Spanish (Jet Marte), Italian (Capitan Jet), Portuguese (O Menino Biônico), and Greek (Super Mars) which was cancelled, and in Arabic (Kooky Al Ajeib). It was supposedly also dubbed into Russian, however this may be a fan-dub considering its poor dubbing quality.

You can find raws of the original raw and a couple of these dubbed versions somewhere on the internet, however there are no English dubs and there never will be.

Thanks.

I found digital rentals for those who still wanna see the series in Japanese without paying $300.

http://www.videx.jp/detail/anime/v_a_toeianimation/atoa0308_0000/index.htm?ref=search

It's 20 dollars for the whole series (30 days). The first episode is also offered for free. Expires 2012/04/30.

Make sure to run the video test using the two buttons at http://www.videx.jp/info/faq_pc.php to verify that your PC supports the videos on that site.

Dr. Jerk says the year in the original post on this thread, but I'll go ahead and clarify.

According to Anime News Network, Jetter Mars originally aired in 1977 from February 3rd to September 15th.

01 Mars' Birth In The Year Of 2015

Or, do you mean the date the series was created?
