It would probably most likely not happen, but if it did, it would be most likely for a"fracture"in a tooth. If he he had a digestive system it would be different therefore even though he brushed his teeth twice daily, the algorithm for debris or dirt e.g. would be not so the common factor. But everyone needs a dental check-up sometime in their life right? He would still need a dental cleaning right? So Astro prepare to open wide!

well, i say it would make sense if Astro got a dental check up, but i hope i'd be the dentist!!

Well I think sometimes maybe during a check-up they would need a regular cleaning would they not? It would be funny if they made him drink pipe cleaner! In other cases cleaning in between his pearly whites would be necessary if he ate food

Astro does technically "eat" but only as a disguise for people to think that he is human. he does not digest it, and removes it eventually.

Come to think of it...does atom have teeth...?

hmmm, true... he does remove it, but, wouldn't it still leave peices behind in his mouth? what if, he missed a few peices? and needed to brush his teeth? or if it got stuck and a dentist would need to remove it?

but i think he does have teeth, in the 2003 series, they show when he's mad, or frustrated.
