I think I like Uran's expression a little better on the animation on the right (the last one), but quite frankly both are cute.

I'll have to be carefull with the animations.
Another forum wanted me to change the proportions, but it feels way discouraging.
I'll try input Tezuka's own style of shadding to fit Uran.

Here is what I got so far:



I've realized that just reducing the color depht doesn't help, it was only damaging the lineart.
So, I've just cleaned up everything.

I decided to keep the proportions and use the anime screenshot as a basis for the shadding.
