If you thought the story which had a mini-Atom was only from the 2003 anime, then check out:
It don't had anything with Uran and neither Chi-tan (mini-Atom hair style).

Ha! Mini Atom drew Tezuka's face on Fooler's bald head. SO Atom DOES have a sense of humor!

Huh, he even has the single spike. I had always thought that was a special reference the cartoon had possibly made to Ti-tan. Guess this proves me wrong.
It's very cute!
