These vampire creatures use machines to extract the life force from their victims & transfer it to themselves. HG Wells' WAR OF THE WORLDS Martians used a similar technique; as I recall, they had evolved such that they lacked digestive systems, & needed transfusions of nutrient enriched blood to survive. hmy: I highly recommend this story.
















I agree that garlic has a strong odor, but I find it not offensive.

That vampire looks a bit like Blackjack.

As I said earlier, he is "Makimura, from Phoenix SPACE (UNIVERSE)." Makimura had committed terrible sins, & was punished by going through many lives as a cursed wretch. He may have certain similarities to BJ, though.
