After a long wait, the Little Astro Boy R2 DVD is now released!
You can buy it internationally from either Amazon Japan or CD Japan. Amazon Japan is cheaper right now, but keep in mind that, if you do buy from Amazon Japan, you need to create an account on there. US Amazon accounts, Canadian Amazon accounts, et cetera will not count.
The original English version is on it, along with a brand new Japanese dub with Japanese subtitles. No English subtitles are included.

IIRC there were 8 episodes aired, but there are 9 tracks listed on the list
What's on the first one, just the theme?
I guess no special features except the dual sound tracks and closed captions.

I admit it does have kind of a... hyperactive feeling to it. Works best in doses.
