Chuna, the Japanese voice actress for Mitchy, says that the LAB set has English subtitles. Is this true? I had previously heard that it only has Japanese subtitles.

It has English audio, but only J-subs.

Yeah, no English subtitles. I don't think any anime DVD straight from Japan does
