Neato! They even have his Ambassador Atom origins! (It still confuses me how the story wasn't supposed to be about him, but bore his name, anyways... unless I'm missing something. :T)

That's a really cool poster! That kind of interior would definitely get you in the right mood to work on the series … if you were a member of the team. In my case, it would probably just get me in the mood to watch or read the series

Reboot Trailer Music Musings

After listening it for months, I have come to the conclusion that the background music for the trailer is so serenely beautiful.I just love how Yuichiro Maeda(Who apparently did the music) mixed the vocals with electronic music.
I've been hunting around for more of this sort of music, and since I couldn't find anything from the artist himself, I found myself some "replacement" music I could just listen to and imagine how the reboot would unfold.

(Porter Robinson- Sad Machine)
(Porter Robinson-Pixel Empire)
I just linked them all here so you guys could listen to them if you feel like it.
More importantly, how do you feel about the music style? It's certainly different from the orchestra music that AB adaptations usually have. (Though I must admit it's much better than the 2003 dub's electronic music) Do you like it, or do you not? And do you think they're going to keep the original theme song of Astro Boy in the reboot?

I like this kind of music a lot! What did you search to find it? It would be hard to translate the original theme song into this style and still have it sound good. I predict that they'll use a new song for the theme because of this. I mean it doesn't hurt to try though.

Big news for today, part two:
From what I can understand from the poor Japanese translation sites, Astro will be living in the house of the woman doctor character (perhaps his "mom"?) and (hopefully not) this article says that the series will be coming out the "year after next", which means another delay.
