I don't recall either the 2003 series or the 2009 movie getting a lot of advertisement

In a New Astro Boy Series, I'd definitely want to see Cobalt. Despite him looking so much like Astro, he's an adorable little derphead, and imagine what he'd do with Astro in his free time (Like, if the series showed the characters playing and such, which I'm sure it would ;w
Speaking of which, Cobalt seems to be getting more appreciation across the internet. Last time I searched him up, I got near-to-nothing. Now he's starting to be noticed more and more XD

Another thing that I'd personally like to see in a new series at some point in the future is more exploration of different life forms such as aliens that are not an immediate threat or are created solely to be something for Atom to "fight".

Hmmm what would I want to see in a new Astro Boy series- that's a tough one.
I would love to see more Astro/Uran/Dr.Ochanomizu family interactions. That was one thing I really enjoyed about the 2003 series. I'm not really a Cobalt fan but it's interesting to see how many of you guys are! I almost kind of hope they bring him back just because of how much you guys seem to love him.
And if you couldn't tell by my username, I would adore more Uran. She's such a little brat and I love her.
Also, Daddy Mustache as Astro's teacher again!

Definitely more of Higeoyaji as Atom's teacher. I loved him in the 80s anime being the one to be "in your face" when it came to defending Atom and other robots as being people.
I admitted a while back that I didn't like Cobalt much at all at first but he was a character that grew on me and now I like him.

I also didn't like Cobalt too much, but I love him now.
And yes, I definitely want to see more Cobalt, and Higeoyaji as the teacher again.
I think it would be interesting to see a episode where Cobalt is jealous of Atom.

YEEESSS, I want him back too! I miss Shunsaku Ban so much in the newest incarnations. He was really wasted as just being a detective in the 2003 version; the 1980 series had him at a perfect balance of detective action man and wise teacher.
