It says it's an Astroboy figure, but after looking at the back photo, I wonder if this one is actually Cobalt.

That is TOTALLY Cobalt. I'd know my son anywhere. To be fair, though, for some people it's hard to tell the difference. And Astro Boy/Mighty Atom is a brand as much as a character, so it's technically not entirely wrong, either way.
