Astroboy file folder found on youtube. Rare item, as it includes Cobalt!

My observations:

1. 2003 version
2. the gray thing is a girder
3. The girder has melted or exploded on top
4. The girder has a slider on one side, so, something obviously emerges when used
5. The small gray thing somewhat resembles a robot worm that I recall was in Roboids
6. The small gray thing likely was part of the girder
7. In the 2003 series, Atom communicated via a cable attached inside his chest panel.
8. Uran does not seem distressed
9. Atom does not seem happy
10. Atom's jets are on
11. Uran seems to be standing, though with arms thus positioned, both could be in mid air

Found this on ebay. It's a shampoo bottle. It's certainly... Interesting
