I think the dirty head one a few posts back is a wind-up bath toy, and I think the trumpet one is a bicycle horn. (Edit: Kitty Lue beat me to it)

The clock looks pretty decent.

There's a bump on top of his leg that looks like his hand, so I guess his arm/hand is resting on his knee. Still looks weird though lol.
