What do you think Astro will look like in the new movies?

So, as most of you should know Animal Logic is working on making four new live-action movies about our favourite little robot.
What do you think Astro Boy will look like in these movies?
Do you think he'll look like a normal boy? (Probably not since they say in the manga he looks like a doll, but they could change that)
do you think he'll look like he does in the manga but just in 3D? Personally, I think he'll look like, well...a plastic doll. I don't think he'll look all that robotic, he'll look somewhat human but he probably won't look exactly human.
Do you think he'll have hard hair? Rubbery hair? Real hair? Etc?

Perhaps they will use the ideas in the Pluto manga.

Actually, they're making only one live-action Astro Boy movie at the moment. You might've seen this sentence in the first post of the Live-Action Astro Boy Film thread and thought that:

While the cartoons targeted a young demo, Animal Logic is aiming to make a four-quadrant adventure movie tailor-made for the comic book movie age.

"Four-quadrant" is actually just a fancy term for saying a film will be made for the four age demographics for movie-going audiences: males, females, under-25s, and over-25s:

But back to the question...

What do you think Astro Boy will look like in these movies?

I think Astro will be played by a preadolescent actor, but will have some CG effects about him that will make him look somewhat "robotic"; as you said, "I don't think he'll look all that robotic, he'll look somewhat human but he probably won't look exactly human."

As for his hair, I think they'll make his hair look realistic and also give him the trademark Astro spikes.
