Hi everybody,

I recently became interested in Astro Boy when got 1 of the 1000 Astro Boy Limited Edition G-Shocks.

Since then I've downloaded several of the old B&W cartoons off youtube and added quite a few items to my Astro Boy collection, including the rocket handle mug, Science Fiction mug, a yellow Mighty Atom mug, a couple matching teacups, rice bowl, several action figures, keychains, posters, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not selling anything. I just found the site tonight and anxious to share my collection with everyone once I get the chance to take some pix. I have some Robby the Robot, Gort, False Maria (from Metropolis) and Lost In Space robot stuff too, if that's acceptable.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning more about the Mighty Atom.

Thanks. I took a shot of my Astro Boy dangler, on the very left in the group photo, against the backdrop of one of my Astro Boy posters and used The Gimp to edit out the wire frame and make the avatar.

i'm not really sure what to do here since it's been awhile since i've joined a forum, especially a fandom based one. but i might as well introduce myself; hi. i'm daiya.

i'm 19, female and live in canada. i'm IRL friends with fauna and she got me into tezuka's works around a month ago. i'm mainly a fan of the character rock, definitely have a crush on him, and the movie metropolis is probably my favorite tezuka related work so far.

i've been reading vampires and the crater, when it comes to astro boy itself, i've only watched a few of the 2003 series episodes BUT i am working on actually watching it all!!! yeah!!!

daiya is a fancharacter i made, thus the username. yes.
