How do you play "Donjara"?

Hi!

All I know is that Donjara is only made by Bandai and you can buy it as a board game or a videogame. (I have the board game.) The game consists of 84 funny-looking dominos, 2 mini dice, a velvet board, some round tokens (44 ones, 28 fives, 28 tens, and 20 fiftys), another board (cardboard), and 4 cardboard playing cards.

If anyone knows how to play or can translate the manual, please post. (I've looked for it on the internet and can only find where they sell the games, not how to play.) I would be most grateful. B)
