Hopefully someone can clue me in....

Some of the threads have red folders for icons if the thread has gotten a certain amount of pageviews. Also, the user titles depend on how many posts you've had, and they don't affect anything else. :) Usually after 50 posts, a user goes from being a junior member to just a member, and then after 150 posts or so, they become a senior member.

Okay, I've somehow managed to miss this thread until now.

I've already been welcomed to the forums a number of times (because you guys are all friendly and wonderful <3) but I feel kind of rude for not posting here earlier.

Thank you all for being awesome and very accepting of people like me who have only recently understood Tezuka's genius. I assumed that the fandom of such a classic series would be elitist but I should have known better--because Astro Boy is not just any classic series.

Also, something I noticed while lurking: this is the first fandom I've been in with a wide age range. I'm having difficulty explaining why, but hopefully you'll just understand me when I say that this makes me excited.

Nice to "meet" you all and I'm looking forward to making friends and having many amazing chats here.

I did the same thing. I registered on the site and about 2 or 3 weeks later I realized that this thread was here.

Yeah, there are a wide variety of ages and it's pretty cool when you think about it. The ages can be from my age (15) to 45, for example.(BTW, Happy Birthday, Big Astro Fan! :D )

Hello everybody.
I´am new here. Is anybody here from germany? Or i´am the only one.
In Germany, Astro Boy is not so famous, that so sad. He is one of the
best Anime Heros. The first Manga from the Pluto Story is last year in
Germany came out.
