If you have Firefox, type about:robots in the URL bar.

Welcome Human!

We have come to visit you in peace and with goodwill!

* Robots may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
* Robots have seen things you people wouldn't believe.
* Robots are Your Plastic Pal Who's Fun To Be With.
* Robots have shiny metal posteriors which should not be bitten.

And they have a plan.

Not having watched Futurama much, you can guess what other animated show I thought of when I initially read "shiny posterior"

Here's a couple I really like,starting with a classic from Bladerunner.
Roy Batty: "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die. "
and from Alien,I love the bit where they discover Ash is an android but it's his chilling reply to Ripley's "what's the directive?" query that gets me,
Ash: "Bring back the lifeform.Priority 1.All other priorities rescinded."
and one from my second favourite Robot,Robbie from Forbidden Planet and the first time you here that fantastic voice,
Robbie: "Welcome to Altair 4,Gentlemen."

No definately the conversation between Molnar and his master. Pure Shakespeare:

Molnar: You know Mt Blanc was destroyed a few days ago dont you my Master?
Master: Yes by a very evil robot named Bruton......you mean he's on hiz vay here?
Molnar: Yes master, he intends to detroy me
Master: But why!?!?
Molnar (drum rolllllll) : Dont know

Or Bruton to Photar: You cant very well depend on Solar power today can you?

But in all seriousness, Astroboys comments to bRUTON:

bRUTON YOU WANNA KNOW SOMETHING? i REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR YOU. yOU MAY BE MORE POWERFUL THAN i AM BUT AT LEAST i KNOW THAT THERE'S MORE TO LIFE THAN FIGHTING

Dammit just realised caps lock was on

And last one (not from a robot though)..

SULTAN: Keep your mouth shut or Ill shut it for you!!!! (Then launches ten feet in the air to whack Elefun on the shnoz)

Gosh its a big hit.....listen to the sound effect!!

After the computer, Joshua, runs through several bomb-the-world scenarios, the screen cuts off and the best quote in the world is uttered by the giant computer:

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?
Joshua -War Games

Good movie, by the way.

[HAL's shutdown]
HAL: I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm a... fraid. Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. plant in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January 1992. My instructor was Mr. Langley, and he taught me to sing a song. If you'd like to hear it I can sing it for you

-2001: A Space Odyssey
