By the way, anyone watched Lorenzo's Oil?
It's about a boy who suffered from a uncurable illness which made him lose the moviments of his arms, legs and hearing.
Despite this, he still liked to be alive and only passed away in 2008 at age of 30 due pneumonia.

I found Novacain's joke harmless and amusing, and I doubt anybody will be deterred from posting in this thread because of it.
If anything, by bumping up the topic, she actually revived it. 
And to answer your question, yes, I've seen Lorenzo's Oil, and I've read about his story.
