hi! Just wanted to start a black jack thread. I tried searching for one but nothing popped up so here it is. this thread is about the Anime black jack not the card game lol. If you like bj then come and join the conversation! post pictures of the anime or whatever! please don't go off topic. thank you. I'll post some links to bj music and pics whenever I get the chance to. also please share some info on the black jack ds game with me! I wanna hear the storyline to it! thanks!

I love Black Jack! It's one of my favorite Tezuka animes (behind Astroboy of course)
One of my favorite things about him is his design. He's aged very well, and his design still looks modern.

One of these days I'm going to have to write some Black Jack Fan fiction stories. Right now I have written him into my Astro Boy fan fict's. He's in the Prequel story that's up right now. He'll be in the next chapter too.
OMG, I just remembered something really freaky.
Some time ago my wife and I were in the mall when this older Asian man walked by us. He could have been Japanese (or Chinese, or Vietnamese, or Korean. I can't tell the difference.) Anyway he had long hair HALF OF WHICH WAS WHITE and THE OTHER HALF BLACK! No scars though. I almost muttered out loud Black Jack?

That would be great Tetsuwan Penguin! I would love to read a black jack fanfic from you! lol, really? I wonder if he would've turned around if you said that. lol. Oh and btw, there is a live black jack tv series called young black jack by nippon tv if anyone is interested. Oh, and thanks for the posts everyone! I really appreciate it!

Yeah if the guy was Japanese he might be used to that reaction!
And I'm sure it was NOT a Cosplay, that was either his real hair, or a VERY EXPENSIVE wig!

LOL that's really something. Maybe he himself had an accident and his hair grows like that or maybe he was a hardcore fan!
Many possibilities.
I have more fan art if anyone wants to see it as well as the Black Jack cosplay I constructed earlier this year complete with scars. Don't want to bog down the thread though with stuff if no one is going to want to see it though.
