Beyond Astro Boy?

Jonny Quest (the original), Marine Boy, and the Jetsons (sorry, I grew up before "real" anime was broadcast, so I'm anime-ically illiterate!) :p

I've seen marine boy on a virtual wrist watch commercial before. Never watched it though. It's a classic anime right?

I don't watch cartoons much anymore, the only shows I watch are all anime! :p

Another movie that has enraptured me is Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron though for very personal heritage reasons. That and I have issues with movies that make animals talk and interact with each other (anthropomorphizing) :whistling:

JQ was just about the most awesome cartoon of those from 1960s America, or, from any decade period! It was a horror program for kids. I watched the DVDs that were available from NF a few years ago, & several of those episodes were almost frightening, nearly 45 years after I 1st saw them. #14, Dragons of Ashida, #15 Turu the Terrible (a Pteranodon), #20 The Invisible Monster all come to mind, as being particularly creepy! :d evil: :d evil:

I also remember the Jetsons, & there is a guy in the 1963 B&W series whom I identified as George Jetson. :p Marine Boy is anime, ex-member Atoman shared his DVDs with me, & that series was among them. I believe the title character was named 'Marine.' I would so much like to see that again, both English-dubbed & Japanese!

If anime isn't counted...

Does Adventures of Tintin count? XD
I joined this forum in late 2013 when I was 15 going on 16. Ignore my oldest posts, they embarrass me so much that I've considered permanantly leaving the forum more than once. I've grown out of my fangirling phase over Black Jack, Atom and Uran ages ago but the memories still embarrass me at times... Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life". :tezuka:

Yes TinTin and anime do count :) (sorry for the late reply I didn't even notice you posted here :p )
My favorite anime is Haibane Renmei. I love the themes and story.
