This might be nice but I wonder what happened to honoring the final wishes of people. Charles Shultz made it very clear in 1999 that no one, not even his family, were to tamper with Peanuts after his death. Seems his family lacks a little respect. I hope FOX doesn't trash this classic.

Hey that looks pretty cool. I like how the animation kinda looks like a cross between story book illustrations and stop motion animation. I think it might look interesting.

I saw this preview on youtube a few days ago while I was busy studiying for ETA's and such. I am not dead, I just haven't found the time to go back on here. It's spring break for us now, so I'm free for a few weeks or so.

When I saw this preview I was like, It's about time cinema. :lol:

It looks pretty good, but it's being made by Blue Sky (Rio) so I'm a bit pessimistic.
I do like the cg.

Blue sky works on video games too. I remember Vectorman or whatever it was called for the SEGA genesis and that was made by Blue Sky. There are also a few others. (Their animations not all bad.)

It's coming out next year. (Wonder why it was announced soo early? Maybe it's coming out early next year? Oh, I'm pretty sure we will be hearing the news about it during christmas time and such.)

I love the Snoopy cartoons! :)
I joined this forum in late 2013 when I was 15 going on 16. Ignore my oldest posts, they embarrass me so much that I've considered permanantly leaving the forum more than once. I've grown out of my fangirling phase over Black Jack, Atom and Uran ages ago but the memories still embarrass me at times... :unsure: Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life". :tezuka:

I was so worried when I heard there would be a CG Peanuts movie, after we've had some horrible reboots of cartoons in the past. But this just looks great! The style has been transferred over nearly perfectly, and the animation is fluid but still maintains that 'limited' low budget feel of the old cartoons. Plus, there are using archive voice work for Snoopy since the voice actor has passed away, which I think is very respectful.
