I've got a sensei!!!
Well I've had a sensei for quite some time she's been teaching me all I need to know about Japanese. Throughout this year I've learned how to read Hiragana, and I'm just starting on learning some katakana. Evidently I can't read Japanese and comprehend very well!!! Although it does it get hard, agh I recently learned how to count to learn that it isn't the only way to count, there are actually numerous ways to count in Japanese. For example there are certain ways to count, objects, and people and etc.

Takes me back to my first year of Japanese in high school with Onikyoushi! "Demon Teacher" he wasn't really a demon though, he was the nicest teacher I've ever had and the best.
Japanese can be really really hard, three different alphabets, numerous pronunciations, rules as capricious as those found in English and not to mention it's a large language.
I wish you luck, so long as you have passion for it I'm sure you'll do well. Learning new languages is one of the best things you can do.
