You put a lot of thought into this, wow. It all sounds good and much more organized than what we originally had. I also agree with all of these points, though a good thing to note might include if the Skype meeting is crashing consistently then the meeting might be switched to chat-only. Just a thought as these things can be unpredictable.

That's a good point. With how unpredictable wi-fi signals can be, that might just be the best option. It was certainly true with yesterday's Skype Meeting.

In fact, my wi-fi has not crashed once today.

I'll edit my previous post with that exception.
