No news on an official stream yet, but we do have confirmation of some voice actors and staff from Young Black Jack.
Akio Ohtsuka, who voiced Black Jack in most, if not all, of the previous anime iterations of the series is going to be the narrator this time around, while newcomer Yuichiro Umehara will voice Black Jack.
A few of the staff from previous Black Jack anime are returning as well, including Miyuki Katayama (key animator from the original Black Jack OVA and Black Jack Final), Nana Miura (key animator from Black Jack Final) Masato Shibata (art director from the original Black Jack TV anime, Black Jack 21, and Black Jack Final), and Tamami Watabe (editor for Black Jack Final).

Young Black Jack is a prequel to Osamu Tezuka's classic series about a brilliant maverick doctor who practices without a license. Ōkuma and author Tabata launched the ongoing series in Akita Shoten's Young Champion magazine in 2011, with Nobumasa Gotō as the medical supervisor. The prequel follows Black Jack when he was still a medical student in the 1960s.
