finding a bathroom in Japan

An electronic sign in a train station showing which bathroom stalls are in use!
Looks like most of them are 'squatters'!
The 'western' style toilet stalls also have 'baby chairs'.

Can anyone tell if this is the 'mens' 'womens' or 'family' bathroom?

I've uploaded the image instead of linking to it. Seems the link address doesn't work inside of a link, but does work if you copy the address and put it in your browser directly.

The image isn't displaying for me, but it might just be because I'm on my phone (lots of images on this forum don't show up on my phone, even if they show up on my PC).
This is probably an important thing to know, though. :D . I've had family and friends ask me how to ask where bathrooms are in Spanish.
