As an animator and animation expert, these cels look very interesting to look at. It shows the behind the scenes of Astro Boy. That's why I like them!

Here's the background to the first image, if it's any use to you: https://i.imgur.com/wdH0ehr.jpg
I took it from the 1080p release. I'm not sure how it'll look when printed.
Here's a high-res copy of the Atlas background too: https://i.imgur.com/k7TMdbs.jpg

It looks like a cool background, I must say! Anyways, have you saw the behind the scenes footage from the original Japanese version of the 60's series?

Yes, it's very interesting! I visisted the Tezuka museum in Japan a couple of years ago and they had a room made up to look like the animation workroom, and you could sit at the desks and play flash style games that simulated making animations. I say "simulated", it's really nothing like making actual cel animation, and the games were geared towards kids though so I didn't find that part very engaging.
Now that I look at it, it looks more like a classroom than the work room in the documentary, but they made a point of having a tezuka statue up on the stage directing things so maybe this was made to look like a different place?

Hehehe. As an animator myself and a trainee expert in animation, I totally agree with you. Also, I would love to go to the museum and try that out! I'm planning to get myself some traditional animation equipment soon from Chromacolour like an animation disk, punched animation paper, etc.
